Pro-Kyiv military blogger Dmitry Tymchuk claims that more than a dozen trucks and up to 100 "Russian regular troops" have arrived -- wearing uniforms with the separatist insignia -- in Donetsk over the past 24 hours or so. He also says six Russian Iskander missiles were spotted on the Russian side of the border with Donetsk region, and that military vehicles and equipment were repainted and their license plates concealed before being deployed to Makiivka.

From our newsroom, expanding a bit on what we reported here earlier:
Russia says it has sent another convoy of aid to separatist-held regions of Ukraine.
A spokesman for the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's National Crisis Management Center, Oleg Voronov, said November 4 that 10 trucks had delivered 50 tons of fuel and medicine to Donetsk.
He said another 10 trucks had delivered the same amounts to Luhansk.
This is the sixth humanitarian aid convoy sent to residents of the self-proclaimed "people's republics" of Donetsk and Luhansk.
The previous five convoys have delivered a total of some 8,000 tons of supplies.
