In case you're still interested, Poroshenko's website has issued its own English-language translation of yesterday's address to the nation, in which he outlined what was happening in coalition talks and suggested the weekend separatist polls might prompt a change of tack from Kyiv.

Subsequent reports from Russian news agencies quoted navy officials as saying no one was hurt in the blaze.
