NATO has carried out more air strikes on targets in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, amid reports of advances by rebel forces trying to topple Libyan ruler Muammar Qaddafi's regime.
At least two explosions shook Tripoli late on June 14, and Libyan state-run television said bombings had struck military and civilian targets.
The report said there had been casualties but gave no details.

Reports say the rebel fighters have been advancing along the Mediterranean coast toward Zlitan.
In another development, Canada has formally recognized the rebels' National Transitional Council of Libya as the country's legitimate government. Canada joins France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates in formally recognizing the council.
